This was a nice stay overall. They placed me in the Bay Tower - this was about a 5 minute walk away on foot, a bit inconvenient. This tower was noticeably older than the main tower (which seemed very nice) and its age shows in many facets. Seems that they place people who book through Expedia here as well as frequent users like pilots and flight attendants at this tower. Despite the general lower-end feel of this tower, it was quiet and the room was clean. The restaurant in this tower was great. The main tower had a few more good options for dining and drinks as well as a nice shop. However, it was on the costly side… Unfortunately, there is not much in the immediate area (not even a convenience store) so you have to rely on these amenities. Not the worst so long as you don’t mind spending $10 USD on a bottle of water. Overall, I would visit again, hopefully in the main tower next time.

The hotel was lovely and modern, however the fragrance that the hotel uses throughout is terrible for people who are sensitive to smells and have allergies. My husband and I had to take a Benedryl each night before we went to sleep.

Sheraton has towers that are inconveniently located away from the main tower and feels like a completely different lower tier property. The rooms there are motel quality while being priced as a 3/4 star room. I have a “Bay View” but I’m looking out on to the parking garage with the bay at a distant. The shower doesn’t even have a curtain. A $150 room sold as $300 with incorrect marketing. Disappointed.

It was wonderful. The pool area was great, the fire pits. The deodorizer they used in the carpet had my sister in law stuffed up the whole time! She would leave to go eat and be fine, come back and be so miserable 😣. Also, didn't know there was more than one building. I should have asked to be in the same building as my family. Kinda inconvenient driving back and forth.
