Guest Access:

The entire house, including the spacious garage, pool, laundry area, and front and back yards are exclusively available to you. You will enjoy complete privacy throughout the property.

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self-check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

Other details to note:

• We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

• The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

• Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

• Pool heating is available for $200 (82 degrees) and spa heating is available for $50 per day. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

• A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

• There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.

• Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
