This place was amazing on one side you had the bay and the other side was the beach. The hotel itself was one of a kind. Pictures did it no justice as it was so much more Gorgeous in person. The amenities were amazing! I will definitely stay here every time I come to visit.

The unit was clean and well organized. Loved the old school fridge and appliances. Also loved the heated fancy toilet as well as the balcony with seating abs fire pit. Will definitely recommend!

Best Kept Secret in SD!
This was hands down is one of the nicest places I have stayed at in Mission or Pacific Beach!! And I’ve been going to this destination vacation place for 35 years. Beautiful spacious room/s, modern, clean, safe, affordable $$, comfortable, quiet, near everything hotel was a pleasure to stay at. Nestled between the beach and the bay as advertised. I had the best of both! Except tons of parking- but honestly- that was never a problem either. We always came back and there were 1-2 spaces waiting for us. And in a place known for having little parking that was huge. Oh and check in / out was a breeze too! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, can opener/ bottle opener, bar glasses/ set, silverware, serving utensils, glasses, cups bowls and plates. Dishwasher, coffee maker, college sized fridge with freezer, A/C and Heat if you needed it. My room also had a fire pit on the patio. My friend’s room had a 2-4 person hot tub!! All clean and in good working order too! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend! And I have made plans to come back next year too! This is without a doubt my new favorite place to stay while in San Diego while at the Beach/ Bay!

Nice place - internet was horrible - if you plan on watching any tv - you won’t be able to for long. We had the “please make room” sign out for 2 days and nobody made the room. I won’t stay here again / nice place but the internet connection is too bad

Parking was rough. The toilet started leaking/flowing our last morning and flooded our bathroom and went into the living room. We had just woken up so we had to get out quick. The front desk guy was helpful and tried to soak the water. We never heard from management. My kids had to use the bathroom at a local coffee shop. Not entirely sure what happened. Kinda inconvenient.

the rooms are updated and trendy. Great location to walk to the beach and the bay. I woke up on my last 2 days of a 5 day stay to power grinders on metal and legit sledgehammers at 8 am. If I had some communication from the hotel to expect it, I would have appreciated it. I am optimistic this hotel is going to be wonderful when it is complete with renovations but as luck would have it- my stay was inconvenient. There was only one roll of toilet paper so ask for another early before you run out if you are staying or longer than a day or 2. Also, the cabinets over the toilet are WAY too big and have little to no additional amenities in them- shocked my daughter and I do not have concussions for how many times we whacked our heads on the cabinet over 5 days and in the middle of the night.
