I thought it was a neutral location. One day stay, pretty clean, nearby Gaslamp. The staff was ok. I didn’t feel welcomed as I entered. I guess you can say that the hotel did what it was supposed to do, have a place for me to stay.

I really liked the two double bed rooms with two chairs and a table. Nicely laid out. What I did NOT like was I could not control the temperature of the room and it was very cold. AND there was zero hot water. My shower never got above room temp water. I let the water run for a 1/2 hour but still no heat at all.

Love staying here when I’m in SD. It’s walking distance to gaslamp. The rooms are cute inside and some even have a vanity setup so you can get ready in peace.

The Bristol Hotel was great for my stay. Quick check in, the staff was super friendly and attentive. The room was and accessible room and was roomy for a single person. The fitness room was well organized, had water and towels. They send you a notification the morning of your check out and the checkout process was easy. Overall happy with my stay at The Bristol Hotel and would recommend. Will look to stay here in the future.

I only stayed one night but from the moment I checked in everything was more than exceptional. Everything was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC was quiet. I stayed in a suite and wish I could have stayed longer.
