It’s hard to separate by the stars, I didn’t have a problem with the room cleanliness, the staff there did great making sure the room was clean. It was the front desk guy who checked us in was very rude. Also the ac unit was waking us up every 10 mins turning off and on when there was no setting to just keep it on. Staff didn’t care when it was brought to their attention. Also when doing the self parking the guy at the front desk when called was rude about where to park and there was no clear postage of where hotel guest can park.

Wonderful stay in general, good firm bed, pleasant surprise you had duvet sheets ( European/Scandinavian blanket inside a sheet "bag" totally awesome. Feel that the resort fee should be dropped since there is NO restaurant or breakfast possibility. I was there only to sleep/shower.

- The shower was not draining properly and any use of it over 3 minutes would have flooded the bathroom. - The TV was working on/off all the time. - Closet doors were so badly adjusted that I thought they breank when opening them, very noisy and not practical. - Half the numbers on the safe were not working Bathroom door was very noisy and almost coming off the track on opening - Staff was very polite but probably one of the worst room I ever had, specially for that kind of money.
