Se on hieman outoja, se on hieman retro, ja se kaikki on Beachy hauskaa!

Sijaitsee keskellä yhtä San Diego kuuluisimmista ranta yhteisöjä ja kävelyetäisyydellä Ocean ja sydämeen Ocean Beach yhteisö, meidän paikka tarjoaa kaiken ehkä levätä, nuorentaa ja pitää hauskaa San Diego!

Emme vain aivan kadulla päässä ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita ja viihdettä, mutta olemme vain muutaman minuutin päässä San Diego parhaista rannoista, kuten Pacific Beach, La Jolla ja Del Mar Sea World on aivan nurkan takana, Balboa Park on vain hop, ohittaa ja hypätä pois, ja Gaslamp District on noin 10 minuuttia alas Interstate 5. Sanotaan vain, että olemme noin 10 minuutin päässä lähes tahansa kannattaa käydä meidän hämmästyttävä kaupunki, samoin kuin San Diego International Airport!

Vuokra-auto on erittäin suositeltavaa! Muuten Uber, Lyft ja Taksit ovat parhaat vedot, mutta keskinkertainen SoCal julkinen liikenne on myös saatavilla. ;)
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta rantasijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Ocean Beach Park (ranta). Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden yleisissä tiloissa. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja vuodesohvan.

Ocean Beach Retreat
The accommodations where clean and inviting. Host communicates well. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Only suggestion would be a space heater and area rugs for the bedroom during the winter months as it was definitely colder than normal for San Diego. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pricy for basic digs. Living room furniture needs big upgrade. Couldn’t get Netflix to work. I get retro but Folgers coffee in place that is 250 per night and no sugar? Parking great. Cute neighborhood. Comfortable bed.

Perfect and Safe Location
Property is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, and Drew is very responsive. As a single woman, I felt safe, even walking 15 minutes to dinner and back after dark.

Lovely, bungalow and fantastic location!
We absolutely loved our stay in this bungalow. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our daughter slept great on the pullout couch and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location is exceptional. The main street had many fantastic, unique shops, and restaurants. And it is just minutes to a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back!

We took a short trip to san diego for our birthday and we really enjoyed the location of this place. The only downside is it is close tk the airport and you can hear the planes, but nothing some ear plugs or unisom wont fix haha

Cute bungalow
Very cute beach bungalow. 10 minute walk to beach. Five minute walk to eateries. Very close to lots of places such as Old Town and SDSU. Sunset cliffs were gorgeous. Lots of amenities in the place. Extra sheets and towels. Coffee maker was appreciated. Only suggestion is to bring earplugs as walls are thin and we did hear guests in adjacent unit. Owners were very responsive to questions.

Great location, cute place. No complaints. It was hot, but I guess there was abnormally hot weather when we were there. Opened the windows and turned on the fans and it cooled off pretty quick.

Review of Ocean Beach cottage
The property could have been cleaner overall. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. We needed to use the fans, but not all of them worked and they were very dirty. I needed to dust and clean them before using them. The location was great and near to where family were staying.

Clean on the inside, dilapidated on the outside, neighborhood felt unsafe.
I did not stay any nights at this property. I spent approximately 2 hours in the property. I paid for 5 nights in advance based on the description of the property. I ended up paying to stay at a hotel (additional $1500.00). It was my first visit to San DIego. The outside of the property appeared neglected and run down, as were the neighboring houses. The storm door was completely rusted over. There were multiple units facing each other (not facing the road). Upon entering the residence, it was very hot. The temperature reading on the thermostat was 94 degrees. The inside of the property was clean and as presented in the pictures, except much darker. I opened the windows and turned on a couple of fans. It remained very hot. I did not feel comfortable leaving the windows open through the night as they were all low and easily accessible by anyone. I did not feel safe. I did not feel comfortable. I notified the owner of the property and explained my situation. He did not respond for several hours but offered no remedies or solutions. I responded to the owner with greater explanation. He never responded. I have stayed at many VRBO properties over the past ten years. This was my worst experience with a property and the owner.

Could use some improvements but basics are all there.
This location is awesome and a great "bro pad". Definitely suited best for a couple or single person who is wanting to explore Ocean Beach. The accomodations for a third guest were not ideal so something to consider. Believe them when they say the place is aged. Cute décor, great location but could use some improvements (many of which I suggested for the next traveler(s).). Although our last morning there wasn't ideal, the communication with the owner and the response to our concerns were addressed quickly. Hopefully they took the feedback and put it to good use!

Great location and responsive owner
We enjoyed our stay at the beach house! It is in a great location. The house is close to town with restaurants, stores, the beach, etc. Inside, the house is a bit dated, but for the price and location, it was well worth it. The owner was very responsive when we had questions and communicated with us throughout our stay as needed.

Can’t beat the location
This was just perfect for our stay. Can walk easily to get coffee, food, and explore the local scene. Fun people watching at the beach and don’t forget to go to Sunset Cliffs at low tide.

Enjoy a short beach walk access get away
Property as described. The queen bed was just not enough room to sleep comfortably as we have king size. Decided to cook one evening as there were plenty of cooking and eating utensils provided, even oils and some spices in the cupboard. Coffee maker and filters worked fine. We brought our ground coffee. The afternoons from 3:00 to 6:00 pm heated up the unit. Better plan on activities outside during the time. Drew was helpful I recommending activities when we emailed him. He would email reply nimbly. Parking in rear use the lane way. When we arrived the street parking was full in front. That’s was a relief to find but not until we had to walk to make several trips to unpack our vehicle. Once we spent the entire day we made it work for us. Location down street lead straight to ocean about 5 short blocks. Easy walking distance to downtown Ocean Beach restaurants and shops. Sunsets were the end of the days treat. Weather in the 70. Beautiful. Great little find. Thanks Drew for being a gracious host.
