DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos are taken in a way that makes the property look way better. Positive reviews are fake. There is a severe mold issue. Elevators not working, rude staff, and unsafe conditions. The staff is totally apathetic to the situation. When I left because of the life and safety issue of mold they refused to refund the rest of the trip. (I was willing to pay for the first night I stayed). The last time the elevator was inspected was in 2021. Someone got stuck in it while we were there...

The staff was INCREDIBLY noisy and it was very hard to relax. Also parking is $20 PER DAY, that is insane!! You have to put down a $100 deposit and they take $20 from it for each day you stay. I wouldn’t stay here if you are a family because of how open the hotel is, I would look for a safer option that’s closed. The only good thing was how close the arena is from the hotel, it’s a 6 minute walk.

I like the room because of the temperature control. The water pressure is strong and the bed soft. I had a good sleep. The elevator near my room in the second floor broke down and I have to walk around to get to the other elevator.

Hotel was clean and orderly. I am a tall man so the low bed height was difficult to get out of. Also the mattress was way too soft for a big guy. Location is great for getting to all the San Diego attractions. Should not charge for parking as the room access is outdoors with the parking lot open to conditions.
