I stayed for a night and I think the room was dusty because I had a stuffy nose and the day of my checkup I had a cough and phlegm not sure if the rooms are being wiped down. I always enjoyed this hotel but will not be staying again after this experience

The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable for this brief stay before our long trip. The proximity to the airport was perfect! I do wish people could reserve their spots on the shuttle going to the airport because it would make it a little easier to plan. However, we had time to wait and this is such a benefit to even have a shuttle to use instead of only being able to get an Uber. I would gladly stay here again!

The shuttle from the airport was convenient and quick. I checked in just before midnight. The check in did not take long but I was refused a late check out the following day. As a Bonvoy member I would have hoped they could offer this. I asked why the bar was closed and I was told they closed early. I had a long day of travel and would have liked a glass of wine. The employee suggested beer or other drinks which were in the lobby. She said I could pay at the end of the counter. I put my luggage away and went back to get a drink and she wanted me to wait in the registration line, which had 6 people in it. I asked if she could just charge the drink to the room and she was very rude about it and accused me of stealing. How is that stealing? I asked her to charge it to my room, rather then wait an hour in line. In the end I put the drink back and left. Very very rude service. I will not be returning.

It was a last minute booking for me and it turned out to be a great choice. Exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk lady who checked me in. Close and convenient to the airport with a free shuttle. Would recommend.
