The hotel was great for a one night stay between flights at SFO. The shuttle was very convenient and prompt. The room was clean and totally adequate. The bar was also pretty good; much needed between flights!

Overpriced, they nickel and dime you for everything. Front end staff not friendly. They never acknowledge you, say hi. They just look at you every time and avoid any interaction. Rooms are basic. There’s no microwave. They have the tiniest 1 microwave in the lobby. Not worth it.
