This property was clean and easly accessibe to San Francisco, San Matro, Silicone Valley and the East Bay. The free breakfast was a nice touch and the staff addressed a special request that I had without hesitation. I will make it a point to stay here again.

It's a cute hotel that checks all the boxes: safe, clean, comfortable. The gentleman who checked me in was a 10/10 in friendly and fun. But I booked this hotel specifically because of the airport shuttle and wasn't able to use it at all. When I landed, my flight had been delayed so much I landed around midnight, which is after the shuttle ended (and had to take a $30 Uber, which was not ideal). The next day I went back to the airport, but left at 12:00 check-out and there is a break in shuttle service from 11:30-14:00 or so. So had to take another Uber!

We checked in very late after a late arrival at the airport and were greeted warmly, and then very efficiently set up with our room keys and offered hot tea and hot chocolate. The room was clean and lovely and had a great view. We left our luggage in a locked room behind the front desk the following day and explored San Fran before heading back to the airport.

1) TV doesn't need to be bolted to the WALL!! IF you don't offer Netflix or basic streaming outside the hotel FORCES service .. very negative on that ONE part. . Second: Bathroom light does not simply turn on turn off at will. You have to somehow "figure it out"... No one has time to do that. ... other than that, awesome hotel!!! Please fix these areas ... I couldn't pull the TV from the wall without breaking the drywall... You need to fix this. PLEASE!! I want to give you a 5... But this is modern age and you shouldn't bold tvs to wall if you don't provide basic streaming services from cell qr code .. please update your system. We will try again someday and hope you spend for the slight upgrade requested.
