Staff very friendly, hotel conveniently accessible to nearby restaurants, shopping, complimentary hotel shuttle service to and back from SFO, free breakfast everyday, complimentary tea and coffee in lounge 24/7 and best perk is free parking. I book this hotel every-time I come into the Bay Area and I’m never disappointed. My only negative review will be that the on-site laundry room can use some updating or larger space.

It was perfect for just a night waiting to fly out the next day. The two things that need to upgraded are plugs in the room. There’s no plug-ins to just directly plug-in your phone or iPad. Also, the pillows were not the best.

Convenient to SFO airport, and a comfortable hotel with views over the Bay. They had a decent breakfast and kindly let me check in a bit earlier when my plane had been rerouted. I would stay here again.

We, unfortunately, had a very brief stay for an early morning flight out of SFO. Check-in was easy, front desk staff were all courteous. Room was comfortable for the 2 of us. Greatly appreciated that the hotel shuttle to SFO starts at 4AM, and you can pick up the shuttle schedule at the front desk

Tiffany and staff were amazing- everyone was nice, accommodating and professional (makes all the difference). Clean, quiet, and safe- what else do you need for a home-away-from-home. Although there were some issues with my room which I reported (you do too right? How else can a property know or improve?) they were minor and easy to fix. As a sighted non-24, it was easy to get my room CDQ (Cool, Dark, and Quiet)- crucial for proper sleep. The breakfast, while not a huge spread was very well done.
