The staff is great, the parking garage is a good thing to have. The hotels tv didn’t work. Said the box was not connected. Nothing to do with the hotel or staff but outside there’s many homeless people doing drugs and it reeks of urine

This area of San Francisco has many people living on the street. The underground park garage smells of urine. The sidewalks are covered in poop (human? Dog? Idk).

This place is not at all what was described. It is in a section of town that is not at all safe looking. Definitely NOT for older people and families because it is not walkable. There are empty buildings around the hotel and trash. There are homeless people everywhere and people passed out from drugs. They were openly using when my husband and I walked to the nearest restaurant. There is only 1 restaurant that is a few long blocks away. That was a nice family restaurant, but we would never walk it at night. When we drove up I told the young girl that the area did not look safe. She seemed offended and said it was safe, but they lock the gate to the stairs outside so you have to take the OLD elevators. The only night we stayed there, a person was walking the halls trying doorknobs. We got a different hotel for the rest of our stay. The young attendant kept telling me I would not get a refund for Tuesday and Wednesday, which I knew. I did not get a final bill from the hotel, but will check to make sure I was refunded for Thursday and Friday.

arrived in dark, so didn’t realize all the graffiti and homeless people that were surrounding the area. No one specifically bothered me, but it definitely felt sketchy. The hotel itself is bare bones, extremely bare bones, but the rooms seem clean.

No bath amenities in room, no hairdryer. The floor was ripped and towels had stains. Not the hotels fault but area doesn't feel safe but that is probably all of downtown SF. When we parked car we saw someone walking around their private lot looking at the cars and there's always people loitering near check in area outside of hotel.

Parking is right next to the hotel which makes it super convenient and was never crowded. A key is needed to get into the elevator so it was safe inside. Homeless people nearby never bothered us. In a convenient location near everything if you’re a tourist. Front desk very friendly and provided hot water for our ramen!! Room service made tended our room everyday!!

Excellent location as a tourist to see lots of SF. Obvious homelessness issues close by but that is not unique to this hotel. It was clean. They kept the surrounding area clean. The staff were great. Good lobby coffee. I didn’t drive but parking looked secure for the area. I’ll. stay again

We checked in and left right away, despite not getting our money back. Outside, in the parking garage, inside the hotel, and inside our actual room it was dirty, and smelled like urine and feces. We stayed about 30 mins and left. I told the receptionist "good luck", because I feel bad that she actually has to work there.
