Great value: huge room, terrific location. The major negative: NOISE FROM THE STREET. This is the case because the windows are old, single-pane; and badly insulated. Replacing them with new, double-pane, noise-blocking windows is a must.

Great stay in SFO!
We were very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It seemed a bit dated on the outside and in the photos, but everything was brand new in the room. Comfortable high quality memory foam mattress, spacious, marble throughout bathrooms, etc. Staff was very courteous. Free, underground, gated parking was worth it all (hotel parking in SFO is no less than $65/night). Would stay here again!

We loved our stay in the 2 Bedroom Suite. Private & quiet entrance. It was a lovely place to come home to after touring the city. The gated underground parking was definitely a plus!
