Our hotel shuttle from the airport was terrible. We called five times and waited an hour and a half. When we finally arrived and told the staff about our experience, they could have cared less. We received no apology or compensation.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone with an overnight connection. The airport shuttle service ends at 10:30p, which I had just missed and had to pay $40 for a 1 minute Uber ride to the hotel. The airport shuttle the next morning was overcrowded due to many stops shared by other hotels. My luggage was damaged by the driver digging through the pile of bags as he stopped at each terminal. I was also charged twice for two $20 drinks I bought at the lobby mart due to the staff not knowing how to use the computer system. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone with an overnight connection.

Parking was very limited and a little sketchy. Cookies were nice touch at check-in. The staff is absolutely wonderful from the housekeepers to the front desk. Not a lot of hot water in the shower, But overall, a very comfortable stay.

Check in was fine. We were spending one night before catching a very early flight which required us to get up at 4AM. The room looked fine but the toilet would not stop running. The shower gel was empty. The AC stopped working. Set on 64 and the temp in the room was 81. My daughter went down to the lobby where she was told they would give her a fan. She asked to see a manager and was told no manager was there. She sat down on the lobby sofa where it was cool. A man came up shortly and asked if she was a guest. After replying in the affirmative, she was told to go to her room, that they didn't allow sleeping in the lobby. She asked who he was. His reply was, "The manager." Hmm...someone wasn't telling the truth. At 3 they finally offered to change rooms, though it would have been time to get up anyway by the time we moved. I'll never recommend this place and perhaps not any from this chain if that is how they treat people.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very kind, we were offered chocolate chip cookies upon check in (it was delicious). We had a bit of a misunderstanding when it came to room service/ sheet service but the staff was really nice and sent room service at night when we got back to the room.
