The property is stunning, and the staff were friendly. There was an event being hosted in one of the event centre rooms below our room. It had loud base music that shook our room until midnight. It was a Sunday. We paid for a city view and were located on the first floor with a small porthole window that looked at the street. We were really disappointed with our stay having travelled so far.

this hotel has a very old vibe to it. felt like I went back in time to 1965. the hotel stuff was unhelpful with the valet parking which was double the rate of any other parking in the area.

Full disclosure I travel around the world frequently and stayed top line of hotels around the globe. But my experience at this hotel is different. This hotel is ripping off every where. Charging even for gym $20 per day ? Have you heard any where around the world , small motels like motel 6 does not even charge for the gym. Forget about complementary drip coffee. This hotel purposefully has cell phone jammers, which forces you to buy internet. Lastly they said that hotel is completely booked when I asked for late checkout until 1:30 PM since we need to use after our event at 1:00 PM. But I am inclined to pay for two hours, they said that hotel rooms are available for purchase. I caught him right there they made contradicting statements and false statements. So finally what my feedback is, hotel is ripping off from customers. No courtesy for their guests. Guys be careful choosing this one.

Windows of room with view were dirty. House keeping came up and cleaned them but why was not done for such an expensive room? Robe was not washed after prior wear, there was make up on it and it had not been washed in between guests. Cute room key cards. Amazing view. Not enough seating in rooms but nice shower/ bathtub set up. Nice bathroom mirror.

The staff were all very helpful, the room service food (only food I tried) was good, really liked the menu. Rooms large, bed comfortable. Heat and cool controllable and windows open if you want air. The only complaint I had was there were kids in the room next door and I could hear them too well while in my room. I would have asked to change rooms but I was very tired and just didnt feel like it. But the walls seemed thinner than I would like. Despite this great hotel

The hotel is definitely showing age, which I didn’t expect. One elevator down. The other one with lots of scuffs and taped on panel. Pull out sofa bed is extremely underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber. Overall great stay. But left a few things to be desired for the price point.

The hotel needs some love..rooms feel a tad unkept. The toilet did not flush.. we had to flush it manually all night.. bathroom blind was filthy .. products not re filled.. just felt a bit sad overall.. disappointed as we were excited to stay here !!!
