Manuel at the front desk gave us service above and beyond since it was our anniversary. We love this hotel and this was another great stay. We used the fitness room and it is a very short walk to Union Square.

We stayed overnight Thanksgiving night. The room was aking size and large and spacious. The front desk man upgraded our room to this room and we loved it. He recommended breakfast at the Cafe Mason and it was the best breakfast ever. We will return again soon!

Stayed here after a show at the chase center. Wonderful spot. Much better than the last SF hotel we stayed at. Staff was super nice and helpful. Parking attendant called the room right away to tell us my friend ledt her phone in the car and if she wanted it. Room was super clean. Great view. There is not a lot of homeless camping neaby. Which was our last experience. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Anytime i come back i will stay here and the price is very good too.

Great location. Overall our stay was nice. There was a protest next door but thankfully we could not hear them from our hotel room. The side of the hotel that we stayed on had very tiny bathrooms and we were unable to control our thermostat on the first night. Once we notified the staff they had to manual adjusted it. Other than that, it was a decent night rest for our short stay.
