Bathroom, fridge, heater and fridge all work well. TV channels like CNBC or Discovery Channel have good signal, although some other channels have intermittent signal. Bed is comfy. The carpeted floor in the room could be cleaner. In my opinion, the lighting can be changed in some areas to give the room/corridors a cleaner feel but I can see that some might find the darker and warmer atmosphere more charming.

Great, clean hotel. We had a 7th floor balcony king room that was very spacious with a nice sitting area plus the balcony chairs. Really was a nice view and comfortable to rest up after a full day of walking/sightseeing. The courtyard around the pool was a wonderful and super quiet place to kill a few hours before our flight. Couldn’t believe how peaceful it was there. Nice tables, chairs, loungers around pool. Wish there were more bed pillows … and I say this in almost all hotels I stay at. Would stay here again if I could get the same room.

Property was clean but definitely in an older building. The heater didn’t work in our room so we were cold. Some of the staff were wonderful while others not very nice. I knew about the cost of parking but to have to drive to the parking lot ourselves while paying $60 for valet was annoying. We won’t be back.

On site parking with valet ROCKS. Fast valet service with great customer service. Your car arrives within a minute or two upon presentation of your ticket. That's hard to find in SF at these prices... yes it's $62 per night, but that's a normal rate. Rooms are clean and quiet. Hallways are old fashioned which I like. Walking distance to Union Square and a lot of high end shops. Discount available at a cafe nearby... can't think of one thing I didn't like. Great buy.
