First time staying at the Handlery and was very impressed. Excellent location close to all the amenities and the BART station at Powell street so very handy for the airport. Worth paying extra for a Premier room in the new part of the building. Room was big with 2 queen beds, a large vanity area with sink and mirror. Room cleaned every day. Asked for a balcony room and got one on 7th floor overlooking the pool. Balcony rooms are not guaranteed. Very convenient using lift and back entrance on to car park for coming and going instead of using Geary Street entrance and having to go past the pool area. Having a heated pool was an added bonus. All staff professional and friendly.

Dark Dusty Rooms No collor in the rooms depressing.

Das 2-bett-Zimmer für 4 Personen ist sehr eng und hat keinen Platz für 4 Koffer. Das Lavabo war im Zimmer und nicht im Badezimmer. Die Nessesair mussten wir auf den Boden stellen und in der Nacht stolpert man darüber. Das hat uns gestört. Ansonsten gute Lage um alles zu fuss zu erreichen. Toller Pool im Innenhof.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, Wifi Empfang leider sehr schlecht. Leider sehr ringhörig, Türen knallen beim verlassen des Zimmer immer zu und Nachbarn die um 23 Uhr noch duschen und laut sprechen. Poolanlage hat charm.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und war sehr sauber. Das Wlan funktionierte jedoch leider nicht. Wir sind mehrfach zur Rezeption gegangen, haben jedoch absolut keine Hilfe diesbezüglich erhalten. Das Personal zeigte sich unfreundlich und unkooperativ. Wir erhielten keine Unterstützung für unser Problem.
