I book for one day but the charge was deducted twice and I raise the compliment for refund but the service was too delayed and lately responded. I feel insecure to share my card details further & it’s unfortunate happened this way where a customer feels insecure.My money is still on hold for no reason and the problem yet to be resolved.

Very reasonably priced for a central hotel, short walk from the Embarcadero and one of the cable car lines. Room was small but modern, clean and comfortable. Good coffee maker, comfortable bed and enough storage space. Evening wine reception and continental breakfast are a nice perk.

Great little hotel. Small rooms but clean and comfortable. The description stated “city view” but we looked out to a wall about 3 feet away. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again but ask for a real city view:)

Bedroom had a beautiful view. Bathrooms were a little small but that was okay, and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was a little busy but there was only one person, and there was one front desk man that was pretty snobby. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and personable.
