Enjoyed the accessibility to the Wharf. We were not aware that we arrived at the end of Fleet week. The area was super loud due to planes and excessive traffic. The other issue with this hotel is that it is in the center of a crossroads which also increased the loudness. I also thought that we had coffee in the room but you have to go downstairs to get your morning fix. The other disappointment was that the snack and bar area were accessible during certain hours. I understand regarding the bar, but snacks??? Beware that the pool is available but during the fall the temperature out of the water is chilly. A very positive aspect of this property are the employees. They were the best! Always friendly, helpful and patient.

Staff was friendly. Close to pier39 area, but be careful at nights walking. Cleanliness is ok. They mention extra charges but do not clearly state it until you are checking in. Call in and verify before you finalize your booking.

Great location near Fisherman's Wharf. 10 minute walk to the Wharf dining and shopping, 5 minute walk to Ghiradelli and Cable Cars. Highly recommend for couples or families. The hotel is VERY clean, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. There is a great little Brazilian place around the corner called Cafe de Caza - perfect for breakfast and great coffee.

We would highly recommend. It is a short walk to Fishermen's Wharf. Hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed with good towels in bathroom. Only negative was they didn't have upgraded charge for my iphone 13 as I forgot my charger.

Stayed three nights at Hotel Caza with the whole family including adult children and a preschool aged child . Lots to do inside the hotel and out, great pool area, games room , convenient little to go cafe/shop and a bar with a great selection of beers wines and cocktails. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is sparkling clean and quiet. Easy walking to all things on Fisherman’s Wharf, have enjoyed both our stays here at Hotrl Caza
