Great, central location. Rooms are on the smaller side. Concierge and guest services staff were very friendly. Parking is very expensive and can fill up quickly, use nearby parking garage on Mason O’Farrell.

Stayed room 1704 on18th Nov 2 nights. Perfect in every way Great comfy bed, room very clean and cosy Great shower, heated toilet seat! Central to everything and great price. Staff awesome. Well looked after Great security. I was challenged once coming late evening which is great to see. And then they remembered me. Seeing security on site is reassuring Breakfast. Prob one of the best breakfasts ever. Eggs and toast cooked to perfection. Excellent quality ingredients. Def will be back. Nothing negative to report. Pure elegance.

Excellent hotel in a close and central downtown location. Very clean, modern and excellent pool and gym facilities. Very friendly staff. Easy to access all forms of transportation from this location. We took Bart in from the airport Walked about 1.5 blocks to the hotel from the Powell St station. After that used all the muni transportation services to see many parts of the city. We will definitely stay here again!

Nikko - nice!
Very nice hotel in tenderloin. Close to Powell BART and cable car turn around. My room was a single queen and was on the small side but very clean and comfortable. Nice pool and workout space.
