Shuttle service poor - didn’t arrive or left early, so had to wait extra hour. Shuttle driver rude and curt. Room noisy (children running in room overhead, street noisy).

I was pleasantly surprised with this property. Obviously, it has been recently refurbished (and possibly rebranded from a Super 8), and it exceeded my expectations. The price was reasonable for San Francisco and the proximity to the airport. My room was sensational. Spotlessly clean, with no obvious maintenance needed, except for a few window blind slats that had obviously been damaged. It was super clean, with good air conditioning, and a great bathroom with excellent water pressure. Even for a room facing the street (and the airport), sound was barely noticeable. The breakfast room was a little small - especially during busy times, with seating for only about 10 people, and even then, not a lot of room to move around. But the continental breakfast was well stocked, the area clean, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, and the ability to make waffles. Check-in and check-out was quick and friendly, although the only disappointment was that on almost all interactions with staff, they appeared to be on personal phone calls - on speaker / FaceTime. Which was kind of... weird. And just a little unprofessional. But maybe that's allowed by the owners / management of the hotel. Overall, however, this was a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Only once per hour shuttle, Poor! Very low water pressure! Very small dining area for breakfast., no 6feet separation at all. Breakfast choices very monimal!
