When I got there, I was greeted by the receptionist as I was checking in his name is jeff is really nice person and he handed me a bottle of wine and told me welcome. I don’t drink wine, but the gesture was really nice and I told him thank you otherwise everything in the hotel room Was great I would definitely come back again. The location was awesome. Close to the ferry building close to the transit as well.

Clean rooms, convenient location. Easy check in and out. Room setup was fine, lacked TV options. Bathtub shower drain would clog up. Otherwise okay. Fairly quiet. Did not go to the restaurant. Parking is bad like any other place. Did not want to pay $65 a night for valet. Price is decent for location.

The perfect SF tourist hotel.
Beautiful location. The valet parking is amazing. It's under the hotel in a completely enclosed basement and it is attended. The hotel is just around the corner from several shops and restaurants.

I had no issues with my stay at Zelos, however when I received my invoice after checking out I was double charged the pet fee and notice there was multiple charges on there for occupancy, MED, TID and tourism tax. I stayed there one night with my husband and our dog. When I called to ask about these charges the lady at the front desk was not helpful and quick to get me off the phone. When I told her I believe they double charged me on the pet free she said okay and what did they tell you. I told her I was explained that it was a one time fee. She said okay I’ll take that off. When I asked her why there was multiple lines for the tax fees she just said those are taxes u have to pay. I reworded my question and said I understand but why is there multiple is it in error or per person. She responded again it’s a tax you have to pay. I said I understand but why is there multiple she then abruptly told me she had to put me on hold. I was on hold for less than a minute and then hung up on. I called 4 times again after that and my call was not answered. Absolutely rude! I was not rude to her and was asking a question regarding my invoice that could have been easily answered. all I wanted was an explanation. Never would I stay here again, regardless that my stay was nice the customer service afterwards makes me regret my decision staying here. Staff should be able to answer questions and transfer me to some who knows. Now I need to call again at another time in hopes for answers
