Good location but better hotels in San Fransisco
Positives - central location, storage for baggage, free coffee and snacks in a morning, good breakfast place across the road, darts, pool and shuffleboard available for free in the lobby. Negatives - rooms are really dated and tatty, our room wasnt ready for the 4pm check in so we had to wait, there is a bar advertised but it wasnt open at all for the duration of our 3 night stay (which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel). Staff werent particularly helpful in comparison with other hotels we have stayed in.

Perfect and Comfortable
The perfect spot, walking distance to Chinatown and easy access to transportation. Our room had a view of a wall and was completely closed off. At first disappointing but as a result, there was no city or traffic noise when we were sleeping. Also, the most comfortable pillow I've ever slept on. 5 stars just for that. There was a pool table in the lobby which I would have loved to play on but sadly, we weren't there for pool and our schedule was full. Would stay again.

Well, when you’re busted up from a heavy metal concert this place was very cozy and nice to go to. Rooms are tiny but it’s San Francisco so what do you expect, room service came in while we were out and we were un aware (we found out because the bed was made)… nice bathroom, nothing too fancy… nice lobby too

This is a great place to stay if you want to see downtown San Francisco. It’s well priced and very central. The hotel is clean and friendly with a good morning coffee and pastry offer (all free!). The only caution would be not to stray too far west as a couple of blocks down is the SF Bronx! Well recommended.
