Great motel for a quick stay in SF. The room was comfortable, and clean. The area around the property was also very safe. I had no issues finding parking even though I arrived late, but I can see that it would be easy to not get a spot although there seem to be plenty on the streets. I would definitely consider staying here next time I come for a concert in SF.

Nothing in this hotel worked. The Internet didn't work. TV didn't work. Elevator didn't work.. if your room is on the second or third floor, you have to carry all your luggage upstairs by yourselves. After a long day, we got back to our rooms around 5:30pm; but, the rooms had not yet cleaned.

Basic but good value and great location
A quiet motel just outside the city. Family of four stayed four nights. Great location for cycle hire and the Golden Gate Bridge with easy access to the harbour a short ride away. It was basic and the lift was not working during our stay - we were on the second floor. Free parking and a basic breakfast served 8-10am daily. WiFi worked in reception but hardly any signal anywhere else and kept dropping out. Able to check in on online and print boarding passes in reception which was helpful and the owners were polite and courteous and visible on-site. Bit tired looking and our room needed some TLC and refurbishing (nets were in tatters and sofa cushions were grubby in places) but it was adequate, clean and the space of a studio after a 2000 mile road trip in just a room was welcomed. Fridge, hob and microwave with a few cooking items/utensils and some crockery enabled us to kick back a little from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Sad to see how run down the room was...
The motel looks nice from the outside, but inside our room it felt like it had seen much better days. The sofa bed was unusable, which is one of the main reasons we had booked the suite, so our son had somewhere to sleep. Suffice to say he didn't sleep. The other furniture was in a poor condition. The net curtains were in rags - I've tried to show this in the photo but it's tricky with the light behind. The bed was so hard I barely slept. Sad to see how run down it was, as I had wanted to like it, especially for its location, however until it's been done up a little, I wouldn't stay here again. Indeed we checked out two days early after only one night, though I am pleased the hotel saw fit to refund us for those unstayed nights.

I didn't really know what to expect when I booked this motel, but was pleasantly surprised. It is an older motel in downtown San Francisco, so you can't compare it to the big highrise hotels overlooking the bay, but the price difference reflects that. This is an older (vintage?) Motel that is kept up very well by the friendly staff. The room was surprisingly clean for it's age, which I greatly appreciate. The bed sheets and blankets were all white which I also appreciate knowing they are washed and cleaned unlike the colored bed spreads at other hotels. The rooms are on the small side if you have 4 people in a 2 bed room as we did, but certainly manageable. One of the biggest perks is the included parking, which is rare in this city, especially near the wharf. Most other places were charging up to $60 to park on top of their outrageous rates. We were able to walk down and back to the piers each day, but there are also plenty of other travel options if your not up for walking. The one disappointing part of our stay was the included "breakfast". It is a bare minimum so they can include free breakfast in their postings. The breakfast is in a little room with a standing only bar to eat at. The breakfast consists of cheap white bread for toast, 4 types of dry cereal, and some prepackaged pastrys (snack cakes) along with a coffee machine and a juice machine with orange and apple juice. There may have been oatmeal packets too, I don't recall, we only bothered to go

This place is a good low cost option for visiting San Francisco. The Hotel itself is average, the elevator does not work and neither did the AC/heater in my room. The free parking and location are the best part.

Great property, felt safe in the area. Hotel is painted in retro Colours and has the old school vibes. Room was spacious and the bathroom was vintage and awesome. Not a lot for breakfast but enough for you to start your day. Would stay again.

This motel is okay, but I wouldn't recommend coming here with your family or kids because it just had a very unsafe and shady feeling to it. The room was decent. 👍 It was clean. I came with my family. However, my family and I awoke at about 2 in the morning to loud screaming outside. This went on for quite a while. When morning came, 🌄 we went downstairs to the complimentary breakfast where my kids and I could choose from a selection of breakfast items. This included cheese and fruit frosted danishes, 3 different cereals, fruit juice etc. 😋 Overall this motel is very...ok.
