Excellent centrally located clean hotel. They have great shower with good pressure. In fact you could probably pressure wash your sidewalk with their shower. I personally can't stand showers that trickle and drop so this is a huge bonus for me. They also actually have fantastic room service with quality food, at least for breakfast. They are pet friends too! I highly recommend this hotel to families. It's my family's main hotel when we are visiting SF now.

I had an exceptional stay at the Omni San Francisco Hotel. The team truly went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The valet service was both professional and welcoming, and the doormen were exceptionally kind. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was attentive, even providing a vase for our flowers. Dinner and drinks were intimate yet elegant, with every detail, including the delicious fortune cookies, contributing to a wonderful dining experience. This hotel has become my go-to choice for future stays in San Francisco. Thank you for making us feel so special.

This is one of the best hotels my family and I have stayed . The bell service was amazing and very friendly. I was traveling alone as a single parent and the front desk and hotel made us feel safe in a big city - they gave us a map of which areas to avoid, gave suggestions where to eat for breakfast and left cookies in our room for the kids . I will definitely come back again !

Really liked staying here with my family. Friendly staff, fair price, clean rooms, pet friendly… it’s next to the financial district so pretty quiet on weekend and weeknights. (We were there on a Saturday and most restaurants nearby were closed around dinnertime. But the hotel restaurant was nice and not too pricy, at least for San Francisco.) the upside of quiet is it was pretty quiet at night - unlike many neighborhoods…. Yet the location is pretty central - which is nice. It’s within easy walking distance of the Ferry Building and Embarcadero, and Chinatown and Market St. A slightly longer but doable walk to North Beach or Union Square. We liked it and will definitely stay again.
