Okay but needed thorough cleaning.

Room was not completely cleaned. Tub had hair in it and counter was not cleaned. Finger prints and glass marks in surfaces. Bed was comfy and a/c did the job. The property needs updating in the rooms and patch jobs are evident. Caulking was mildewed and a/c unit needed a cleaning.

DO NOT STAY HERE. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The staff was horribly rude. They dont have cribs, they dont have extra blankets or pillows. The window in our room was broken and didnt close the blindes on the window were broken. The room lights were broken and stuck on so we had to sleep with them on. The area is dangerous and we heard gunfire and comercial grade fireworks ALL NIGHT. The drawers were broken, the closet was broken, the door was broken and the shower didnt work. Their solutions to the lights being stuck on was paper scotch taped over the lights to dim them and it took an hour and 3 calls to get that. The parking structure is dark and has openings on all ends. Completely unsafe. When we asked for compensation they told us to "this is a airport budget hotel we dont do that, we give you a bed as cheap as possible, if you want compensation you can get out" never mind we had 2 toddlers with us and it was 9PM. In the morning we asked for a call from the manager from a new staff person and be said we would get one. We never did. Its been 2 weeks. THEY STILL HAVENT RETURNED THE DEPOSIT! It looks nice from picturs but is very much lipstick on a pig. Do not stay here. I would rather slept the whole family in the car in long term parking than ever go back here

Very nice rooms, friendly staff. They have a very open area where you can sit and visit if you are getting separate rooms for family or friends. There is an amazing breakfast place within walking distance called One Love Cafe. Healthy food.

Lots of differente dining options in the immediate area. The planes could be heard, but it stopped and didn't start again till after we were awake. Good price. The airport shuttle isn't 24 hrs. service ,so check in advance if that is important to you. Nice enough for us, one night stay
