The property was decent the only thing I didn't like was having to park down the street and around the corner. The offer valet but when I checked in around 6pm Valet was full. Did not feel comfortable walking back at night

I had the best time in San Francisco and it was definitely because of the hotel staff. They were very accommodating to me questions (thank you Ellen) and even helped me with my second day so I could go do the things I wanted before I went home, and were so incredibly kind and helpful! Great property. Clean and friendly sevice. Water dispenser everywhere, which was very conveninent. Not really happy about the 30 dollars resort fee, but that is everywhere, at least the hotel gives it back to you to use as a credit for dining in the hotel, hut if you don’t use it, then you lose it. Great hotel for holding meetings with ample space of meeting rooms. Center of the downtown core as it is right at union square. Shops and restaurants walking distance to all and 10 mins walk to the cable car. Would def stay here again.
