The staff was very rude/ tried to get us away from their desk as quickly as possible with as little information or interaction as possible. The room was way smaller that pictured online. Rooms have paper thin walls, and ours was next to a Main Street. All outside noises basically sounded like they were taking place inside the room. 24/7 homeless people screaming, and police sirens racing outside our window. Also, there was no AC, and only a heater?? I honestly wish I could get a refund, and erase this trip.

I really liked the layout of this hotel. The only issue I would say is that parking was $55 with tax per night making it about $63. If you are okay with a 5 minute walk I would try to park down the street for $43 per night to save some money.

-Very easy check-in -Gorgeous and fun decor in rooms -Massive, super comfortable beds -Amazing location super close to many attractions -Lovely heated pool -Coffee making facilities in the room However, our room did not have a sign for us to put out for our room to be cleaned so it was not cleaned the first day we were there and the second day we had to request it to be cleaned at reception. Also, very surrounded by homeless people and tents - not so much on the main street where the hotel was located but very much so in the surrounding streets.

I liked how it was central to everything. Downtown San Francisco things were there but it was still a good location. Our heater and our ventilation wasn't working though.
