We loved staying there for my moms birthday! There's was just an issue with parking haha it's narrow and you would have to becareful w/other people parking. Some don't know how to park and will double park or will park at an angle. Makes it hard on us to exit our vehicle.

Pros: -Perfect stay if you’re flying out of SFO. It’s about a 5min drive. - Super close to the Millbrae bart station, about a 5min walk. -Comfy beds. One of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. -Clean room. -Free parking. Cons: -The staff aren’t friendly. They seem like they are tolerating being at work. No one smiled or was welcoming. -The rooms have the thinnest walls. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing and anyone walking the hallways. We could hear people turning on the light switches—this was how thin the walls were. -Terrible parking lot. There’s plenty of space but be careful when you park your car here bc the spaces are so close together, it’s easy for your car to get hit.

clean easy for the airport transportation either the bus , train if you have no luggage, and taxi. too 15mins to get there and 10mins at 6am to get checked in. hotel had thought of EVERYTHING simple well decorated, clean, everything worked.. reception gal was great.
