Smooth check in process. Front desk staff great. Friendly staff. Cool hotel. Gorgeous roof top. Solid gym. Kitchen and dining staff either short-staffed or unequipped to handle small orders. An order of yogurt and granola took 30 minutes in the lobby restaurant. I saw the same wait time for the same dish happen to other guests. Food options pretty mid. Yes, the surrounding area is sketchy. Yes, it will be a shock to you if you have never been to the tenderloin. After frequent trips in the area, it's still disheartening.

A fantastic staycation!
Booked a suite for one night to have a relaxing night away and take advantage of a giant bathtub and it did not disappoint. We were first given a room on the 2nd floor but asked to move higher up so that we’d be in a quieter room further from the street and they were immediately able to accommodate us. Hospitality was extremely helpful and the room service breakfast is something I will dream about having again. Definitely get the bread basket! We will absolutely stay here again.

We loved the modern feel and the view we had from our Skyline King room. The bathroom was 10/10 and the unique mini bar was a nice touch, though we didn't take advantage. The lobby cafe was tasty for a quick breakfast and staff were friendly

We got charged for the mini bar without even touching a thing there!! Never got back to me. They had a security during the day outside because it was so much drug addict and homles people walking around. Sooo unprofessional for them not to get back about the extra charges.

Stayed here for a nearby concert. This hotel rocks!! The front desk was amazing and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable. I honestly cannot wait for my next concert. This hotel will be my home base.

Rooms were nice, clean, modern and spacious, with lovely housekeepers. Surrounding doors closing were very loud and shook whole floor. Variable front desk staff, some very helpful and pleasant, others very rude. The surroundings are less than desirable but never felt unsafe and are not the fault of the hotel. Expedia VIP benefit of food and drinks credit not received.
