I liked staying here. Overall it was comfortable however did not like going to the front desk to ask for toothpaste and mouthwash. These should be provided in the bathroom already. Nice having a starbucks in the hotel. The pool is much smaller in real life vs the pics. I could not get in as it was so crowded. Atleast the hot tub was nice.

Not only was this hotel clean, convenient to the airport with a free 24 hour shuttle and nice, spacious rooms, it was less expensive than other comparable hotels in the area. Quality of the furnishings seemed slightly higher quality than comparable hotels stayed in in the area. Staff were all great. We’d stay here again!

Quick stop over
Quick one night airport stopover. Shuttle from sfo good. Room large enough and amazing view of sfo runways if you like to geek out on airplanes. In house Starbucks good

The parking was horrid!! As a guest with a reservation that included parking would have expected to have available parking. Drove around lot for 30 minutes. Finally had no option other than return the rental early (and to pay for parking for the time I was looking for a spot.) Desk clerk said she was sorry there was an other event going on and to basically keep looking. Not helpful. Also, no porter to help with bags. Asked desk staff and again no help. Beds were comfortable and morning breakfast staff very professional and on point. Not worth the cost when I have no parking option other than drive back to the airport and lug all of our bags.
