I wish there was room service for when we needed towels but other than that place was nice , my wife and i are used to the jets where we live so planes were no issue to here, actually made us feel home so we slept better , thank you!

Check in was quick with helpful staff. Room appeared clean but lacked a functional set of locks on the door. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was.

It was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Check in was quick and the attendants were nice. I walked into my room and there were dark stains on the carpet, blood stains on the carpet, paint chipping off the wall, the wall was dirty with food particles, the bedding was dirty. We went into the bathroom and they painted rhe tub and that was chipping, the cocking in the tub was off. There was visible dirt on the floors. It was gross. Room 654 should be put out of business and redone. I was disgusted but it was late and I looked around and nothing else available. I went through complain the first time and I was told they were aware… shocking - no sorry, no let me move you. Just we are aware: then the second time was at check out and she simply gave me her boss’ email. Again no apology or sympathy. I paid $190 and was very disappointed- please remove from my your website the pictures are fake. I wish I could show you pictures.

The indifferent guy checking us in, freeway next to our room, view of pylons, shabby room with peeling paint, broken bathroom door, and noisy heater all made us happy to leave this morning.

Dirty, smelly torn carpets. Roaches on the shower curtains. The room smelt of cigarettes and mildew. Questionable stains on bed skirt - stayed in the room only a couple of hours. Left with pinkeye.
