I normaly don’t write reviews but after booking 3 mo ago then reading the recent bad reviews right before my trip I felt need to clarify. Rooms were spacious, plenty of good hot water in an awesome shower, Very clean, great location, staff was amazing and helpful. Frankie at the front desk was helpful respectful and on time , good job I would recomend this place to anyone traveling to the Bay Area.

Thankfully just staying one night. Dark room in which nothing really works. Have to jiggle fhe flex on the lighting cable to get it to work. Doesn’t feel safe. Hilton Honours status entirely ignored. Hate to wait until well after 1500 for a room.
