We had a short stay, had an early flight but the room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice. Having the elevator to the garage was a plus. A beautiful hotel, sorry we couldn't have breakfast with our early departure.

This property is an Oasis. The rooms are nicely decorated with marble counter tops and remote control thermostats..so you can control room temperature without getting out of bed. The staff are all diamonds! Christain goes above and beyond with Platinum customer service!

ANTicipating improvement
The hotel was lovely and Christian in reception was exceptionally helpful. All this being said we did have a problem. Both my son and I found ants in our rooms. My son had them in his bathroom and Christian gave him another room without hesitation. In my own room they were on the writing desk so not as big a problem. We brought it to the attention of the manager, who was new to the hotel. He told us he was working on the problem so hopefully it will be resolved by the time we stay there again. The hotel is very well situated. Both San Francisco and the airport are easy to get to by train or taxi. The area is also very well served by restaurants and bars. ……and a casino if you dare!
