It is a modern, spacious and very sunny apartment. Quiet place, overlooks the green area at the back of the house, ideal for an extraordinary holiday, with capacity for 3 people and max. 4 people.
It is a beautiful independent villa, built on two levels and consists of two independent apartments: one apartment on each floor. On the ground floor, the house is surrounded by large terraces. The house is located in a quiet area on the edge of a green park at the back of the house. There is also a small garden for private use with a parking space for one car.
The apartment for rent, with about 80 square meters of useful space, is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms with double beds (1,50 m wide and 1,90 m long) a spacious complete bathroom with shower (water column), toilet, bidet, wall-mounted radiator, built-in sink and furniture. A second bathroom with toilet, built-in washbasin and furniture.
Spacious and comfortable living-dining room, a well furnished terrace with wonderful views and a modern, independent, very well furnished and fully equipped kitchen, cozy and with pantry storage closet . The kitchen is spacious and has a work island as an additional work surface. The countertops are granite.

Inside the house there are marble floors. All windows have double glazing, shutters and mosquito nets.
In the apartment you will find everything you need for a comfortable and very pleasant stay. The interior of the house is spacious and it is decorated with great care and quality equipment. .
It is an exquisite apartment that has been carefully decorated so that guests feel good. For your comfort there is air conditioning and for those people who prefer it, there are also ceiling fans that provide pleasant and healthy fresh air.
For the winter season there is central heating if necessary at some time.
In addition, there is a wonderful rooftop terrace of about 70 square meters, which is located directly above the apartment, with stunning panoramic views, which is available to you. This terrace is a magnificent solarium in all seasons of the year, but especially in winter. In the summer months, when the temperature is high, the roof terrace is especially pleasant in the early hours of the morning and in the evenings.
This roof is fenced for security and to enjoy privacy.

The urbanization is located in the region of Alicante, in the south of the Costa Blanca, between the fishing village of Santa Pola and Guardamar de Segura - Torrevieja. It is characterized by its nice low houses. There are no skyscrapers. The apartment is located in one of the best climatic zones of Spain, with an average of about 300 to 320 sunny days per year.

It is about 4 km. from the sandy beach of La Marina and approximately 5 km from the Natural Park of Las Salinas de Santa Pola. We are surrounded by a beautiful mountain panorama.
It is a quiet place. You will find in the urbanization most shops, several hypermarkets, a German supermarket, German bakery, restaurants of all kinds, doctors, pharmacies, all within a radius of 250 to 800 m.
The nearest large hypermarket is about 300 meters from the house, as well as many restaurants and shops. A large shopping center with Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, an English supermarket and many other stores is about 1600 meters away.
In addition, there is also an open-air market twice a week. A couple of public swimming pools with restaurant and music.

The sandy beaches of La Marina are only about 5 minutes away by car. The beach of La Marina bears the blue flag for the highest quality of its waters.
