This stunning villa front line to the Mar Menor has absolutely everything necessary to spend a luxury vacation.

It is a villa with a 932m2 plot and 326m2 built, on the shore of the Mar Menor, with a large and beautiful garden with a private pool.
Modern, comfortable, spacious and bright, the interior of the house is distributed over two floors, on the main floor there is a large double bedroom, with access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom, a toilet, the fully equipped and independent kitchen, a huge living-dining room with windows overlooking the Mar Menor and a living room, both the bedroom, the living room and the living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
All rooms on the main floor have direct access to the garden.

At the main entrance we find a spiral staircase that gives access to the upper floor, which has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds, and a full bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and one of them have access to a large terrace with sea views. The three bedrooms from the 2nd floor have ceiling fans.
There is a lovely roof terrace accesible from the second floor.
