I stay here when I'm in town for work and this the second time I've seen roaches in my room! There is feces and pee from dogs in the stairwell areas and it doesn't seem like no one cleans very well. I even saw a man pee by the front entrance. The hallways smell and the carpet is filthy. It wasn't always like this, the place is getting worse.

Upon arrival the property does not have good lighting outside. It’s dark and surrounded by bushes and trees. The room we were given had old wood furniture and a sprayed bathtub. I woke up to use the bathroom and there were several roaches on the ceiling, in the tub and on one of the face towels. I screamed and ran out. They had already made it to our leftover food in the kitchen. I called the front desk and she asked what I wanted her to do??? How rude. I told her we need to get dressed because my son has surgery this morning. She offered a new room… we only were able to wash our faces and brush our teeth. However this room was fully remodeled and had up to date everything. They literally booked us Into a nasty room. Very disgusting and disturbing stay. BEWARE staying here because they have roaches and staff and front desk staff needs better customer service. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE!! We drove 3 hours each way to be treated like this!!!

The stuff was nice. The building was not. It's very outdated. The beds seem very worn. Definitely a budget stay. The building does offer some amenities that we didn't even try to use. I did get to see them. Laundry room looked decent, workout room look decent, lobby area look decent. Continental breakfast was just that. A cup of coffee or tea or hot cocoa and a packaged muffin or some sort of breakfast bar for breakfast. The room I had which was on the third floor had drainage problems for the shower. Everything smells sort of like cigarettes and something else. At least the staff is really polite and try to accommodate. It is what it is.
