Absolutely ideal place for a first or last night in San Jose. The staff was outstanding from beginning to end with an extremely helpful shuttle driver. It's connected to a huge mall for all kinds of dining options. I will return.

Excellent location and close wwlking to restaurants and shopping at mall. Free shuttle to airport. The only downside was the entrance arriving to hotel was closed so it was a bit precarious to enter.

I was not happy with the suite I stayed in because it was near the road. I could hear the vehicle traffic during the daytime and at night. I got awakened several times due to loud motorcycles, trucks and either ambulance or police sirens. I put up with it because I was only staying one night.
