Very loud area, a streetcar runs along the street and is insanely loud, impossible to sleep. The mattresses and uncomfortable. The room and the hotel overall are very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Overall it was a good experience except for the last night some people were making a lot of noise all night next room. It is a good value if you have to be in but I never been to a downtown where the dining options are these bad and that is not say anything bad about the hotel.

Everything was ok, only a bit disappointed because they don't have ice machine at any of the floors, the only one is a little tiny one at front desk defenely not big enough for all the guest.

Great location. Great hotel.
A great hotel. The location was perfect. Hotel staff was really great. Parking $40- But a great secure parking garage. Really good breakfast included. I highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for one night with our two adult children in mid July and wish we stayed longer. Check-in/out was seamless and front desk staff are professional and friendly. Armando (not sure on the spelling, Hispanic fella) made us feel so welcomed and cared for. He showed us a few places around town and where to eat which we desperately needed as we have been driving all day from Seattle. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant. There was a plumbing issue with our sink and maintenance staff quickly had it resolved. For our inconvenience, Armando/the hotel compensated us with pizza and wings and sodas which just made our day! Besides great services, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Location is great. Several restaurants nearby but not noisy. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay here again next time we’re back in San Jose.

My Hyatt Place Experience
The room was fine and well maintained. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also, the television channel lineup was lacking. However, overall it was a good experience. The hotel offered free breakfast everyday which I very much appreciated. And the staff were friendly. I'd recommend this hotel.
