The premise was pretty new and modern. Everything was clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as body lotion. Everyone was courteous and friendly. Being near the airport, it was quite noisy at times but this should not be limited to this hotel only. Finally, one thing I didn't like was valet parking which meant more charges to your bill. Luckily there was plenty of street parking and was safe for all those nights of stay.

The night of check-in there was a small issue did not have working TV in the room. I am a regular gas for work. I stay at La Quinta. It was not resolved that evening, but Jackie the general manager is amazing. I appreciate her so much. She took care of me the next day. Making sure everything was working correctly. Without any hesitation, she knew and knows. I'm a frequent guest there and she understood how I was feeling but she got right on it. I'm happy everything worked out. It is my favorite place to stay.

Excellent stay. Hotel was clean, 2 queen room was large. Beds were very comfortable. Bedding was very good quality. Free breakfast included was fresh and good with lots of options. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

The Hotel is immaculately clean. The staff so helpful and very polite. Always greeting and talking to the staff as if they've known us forever. Every gesture of kindness during my stay was so heartfelt. The rooms are so amazing and very spacious. Everything about my stay was so incerdibly amazing.

The shower is amazing because it is new and very clean. It is conveniently located near downtown San Jose. There’s street parking, but difficult to get. For safety, it’s best to use their garage parking that has a fee of $20 per night.

Very clean and new hotel. The breakfast was much better than I anticipated and I really appreciated the snack/food/drink options in the lobby. I was there for a concert so late night convenient food options were helpful.
