Staff makes this property great. It’s in a safe convenient area but not many restaurants nearby. Luckily breakfast is great. Alonso is the best waiter, very polite, attentive and informative. Raquel at the front desk is amazing. She always greeted me by name and was genuinely a very polite and helpful person. She always helped me with any questions I had. Great property with great staff.

I was vwry disappointed with the customer service in the receptionist desk. They five me a room that stanks like mold extremly bad quality. Had to beg to xhange it and had to oay more for an average room that still smelled bad. And the shower sewer will come out in th3 bateoom floor.

San Jose Stay
Radisson was good overall! Very kind staff, beautiful grounds! The staff all spoke English so that was helpful. The tv was old and only had cable channels (no streaming available to log into). There were some wet, dark ceiling spots in the halls that may have indicated a budding mold issue though. There was also a concerning smell in our room& hallway at one point, but it didnt last long. We were only here one nigt.
