It was very weird that they had a virtual front desk and no actual person to check me in. Hotel is a bit outdated, strong perfumed smell throughout the halls. Jetted tub was older and kinda dingy, but a very large tub biggest I’ve seen. Rooms are not sound proof you can hear outside the door and I could hear someone’s shower as I walked the hallway. With a little more TLC this place could be a bit better.

Check in is an incredibly strange experience. Most of the time nobody is at the front desk and there is this kiosk with a remote person from a different country on there. It was so creepy to enter an empty lobby and then to hear a disembodied voice say “m’am, hello”. I felt like I was in the movie set of a fake hotel and was spooked out. Then the bathroom had a broken fan that sounded like a construction working drilling with a sledge hammer if you ever wanted to turn the bathroom light on and the thermostat on the wall didn’t connect to the AC so you had to go to the wall unit to turn it on. The room was crazy musty going in because the AC had been off. I switched rooms and it got MUCH better thankfully.

Unpleasant experience

Paid for a full functioning room. Tv account was locked in and we couldn’t watch anything from our accounts, hence the last guest left they’ve locked in their account. Staff was of no use nor solved the matter

WORST experience ever!!

WORST hotel experience I have ever had! 24 years of traveling in my career and there was zero essence of hospitality at this “hotel” It is more of a motel… I take that back it’s more of a Hostel. Their idea of the front desk employee was the remote employee that was on the opposite of a computer monitor that was extremely unprofessional, was clearly not alone while trying to check me into my room as she kept looking over her shoulder and giggling with whomever was standing beside her while she was scanning my ID and CC to which I have no clue if the person next to her made note of since clearly they could see me but I could only see the fake background that replicated the hotel lobby. The entire check in process was a nightmare and the quality of the rooms were terrible! Rusted pipes and the towels were so filthy and stained and felt like sand paper and there was much more wrong with this hotel but I will just allow the photos to speak for themselves.

Gentleman at the front desk was very nice, as were all the virtual assistants. They were excellent accommodating me as I had to extend my stay twice. I was very comfortable staying there & felt safe.
