Place could be ok with some work, bar closed, rooms were not really that clean, our shade didn’t work so there was an absolutely no natural light. Staff was generally nice and it’s in a good location but it needs a lot of work.

We switched from our AirBNB to this property during the power outage. They were able to provide us with power during our stay and a really cute and quaint place to rest our head while on vacation for the new year. Although there was no hot water because of the outage, they were honest in giving us a timeframe on when hot water would be restored.

I reserved one night for my mom and dad and my mom was not happy with the room. There was a leak in the room and the walls were very thin she could hear people snoring next door. The location is convenient to beach and eateries but I will not consider this as an option for future visits to San Juan.

This boutique hotel was an excellent choice for a family vacation day while in Puerto Rico. The facility was incredibly clean, staff was very kind and helpful during the duration of our stay. The beach is easily accessible and clean. We were able to easily walk to various locations for shopping and food without any complications. I highly recommend the wind chimes boutique Hotel for your next trip to Puerto Rico.

Good hotel for the price. The room was clean and big, the only thing was the bathroom was small. The staff was helpful and pleasant They offer laundry service for very reasonable cost, have free coffee in the AM and let you store luggage and use shower/restrooms before check-in and after check-out.

Boutique in Condado
Got there early and found parking in the street. Since checkin was 3hrs away, relaxed by the beautiful stone pool. Great post bed and rustic room. Big wide shower. Location is perfect for dinning.

No parking anywhere close by, stairs all throughout if you have heavy luggage you have to lift it up multiple steps, rooms are outdated and dirty. Bed was alright. Tv didn’t work. If no one is in the lobby working to let you in you’ll have to wait for them. We had a used roll of toilet paper with barely any toilet paper not enough for even an overnight stay. Will not stay here again.
