Everything was really fantastic. The only issues was we had asked for a crib before check in and i had to call twice to have it brought in. Also called for service because tv wasn't working. Nobody ever came. But other than that, it was a great stay!

Comfortable and clean room but request for bathtub made three weeks in advance was not honored. The food was abysmal-Ola’s burger was inedible and STK felt like an airport lounge trying to charge you for water. Staff was friendly.

Most amazing hotel ever
The most amazing service I’ve ever received. I stayed with three friends in a two queen ocean view room. At checkin, they provide you a convenient bracelet as your room key and give you a glass of champagne. We stayed on the 9th floor, but the elevators are so fast, it was very convenient. The pool was so amazing. There were three different pools and a hot tub. My favorite pool is the infinity one overlooking the ocean. And they’ll set up pool chairs for you with complementary sunscreen and spa water. It was heavenly. I’d let the manager know we were celebrating a milestone birthday, and they gave us complementary champagne and chocolate strawberries. It was amazing!
