The hotel is nice to stay. The shower was a little dirty but wasn’t bad. It took some time getting use to the shower controls (it’s delayed). The location is great and staff is nice but they’re strict with their checkin. It’s nice to stay for a weekend getaway. Probably go again.

I enjoyed my stay and found it to be a great value. However, there was construction going on and some of the hotels amities, were a little tired and worn. I had a relaxing stay. The property is in a very convenient location for Condado Beach. For a budget weekend getaway. It will do!

I loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice; they allowed us to check in a little early and even let us leave our bags before we headed back to NYC to explore Puerto Rico a bit more. The place was exceptionally clean. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!

The customer service was terrible. The staff were unfriendly and uncourteous. I did not feel a level of comfort staying there. The property needed repainting because the walls and doors at dirt peoples hands around the door knob sides of the doors and areas on the wall the staff could definitely use some training.

The young lady with the pretty curly hair was so humble and sweet—she was truly wonderful. The older gentleman, I believe his name was Ricardo, was incredibly kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. Both of them made our stay more enjoyable and convenient. The younger guy kept to himself, which was perfectly fine. The property itself is in a great location, close to everything, including several beaches and local food spots.

The property served its purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's good for single people or couples at most. Things that can be improved are: 1. Having bigger beds 2. Having a basic microwave in the room as opposed to a community microwave. 3. Having a better key/lock system, as the room doors often failed to open or close properly.

I di t like no hot water for shower. Under the sink the water come out is not safe. I ask for towels yesterday they didn’t have the hand towel and the face cloth. I didn’t received service from housekeeping at all.
