Room was disgusting!!! Is isn’t what I paid for. The room was dirty and mold everywhere . It was very loud near some load machines . Never again. Don’t wasted your time or money. The beach and neighborhood area was nice, but that’s about it.

Been going there for years. Pool construction has been going on that long. Every time I ask about when the pool construction is going to be finish they say next year. I think they mean next decade. Other construction going on that never ending at this building.

The only thing that was excellent about this place was the area around it. The beach is the backyard, all of the local shopping stores, dining options, etc. 2nd good thing was how easy parking is. Other than those 2 things, this hotel sucked! You never and I mean NEVER see housekeeping, the rug was never vacuumed, the curtains were filthy, the bathroom and kitchen were outdated, but the worst of the worst was that in a span of 1 week, there were THREE power outages each lasting about 4 hours or more. The icing on the cake was that on the last night of my stay, I encountered a ROACH. Overall I'm very disappointed in this hotel especially because 20 years ago, my family had stayed here multiple times and it used to be wonderful. Unfortunately I will never come here again.

The building is under construction/renovation but I was not aware until I got there. The electricity of first room that I was put into was going to be shut up from 8am (for 3 hours). I was only going to stay the night until 11am (check out hour), what was I supposed to do then? I talked to the receptionist who was kindly enough to change me to another room. That room was in horrible conditions (mold in the shower, old furniture, smell), great view-though. At 9am, there were some construction noises (hammers). We had to wake up and leave. Horrible experience, super expensive for what the conditions of the building and amenities are. Would not recommend.

I loved the proximity to everything. The nearness to the beach. The cleanliness of the rooms. And the hospitality is amazing. The manager and her staff upgraded our room to an ocean view room on our last night because of my honeymoon. I would definitely recommend this place, i already have and I plan on staying there again soon.

Unfortantely, we did not like this property. First of all, when you call the hotel, there is literally no answer even though there’s someone there. Our room was old, smelled like mold and the electricity went out from like 4:30 til almost 11 pm and when asked when it was coming back all they said it could take 3 hrs or it could take more. On top of that, the furniture inside the hotel was extremely run down, the hallways also smelled of mold and when I told the lady at the front desk, she acted surprised like she had no idea. Something like that does not go unsee or unadvised. I would not recommend it.

El hotel es práctico para uso de playa, pero bajo las circunstancias actuales de PR en dónde hay apagones eléctricos, es muy difícil pagar por estar en una propiedad en dónde estarás gran parte del día y noche sin electricidad. Y no habrá aire acondicionado en pleno verano. De igual manera el tv de mi habitación no tenía canales habilitados. El sótano del parquedero presenta un considerable deterioro
