Found dead roaches in the refrigerator. Live roaches in the bathroom. Bed was terrible. I booked three days and checked out after the first day and booked next door at the Fairmont. Old furniture and stains on the carpet.

I like that it was on the beach and the balcony, restaurants in walking distance. It was very hot in the lobby area, there was never anyone at the desk when you needed, the bar in the lobby wasn’t open nor the swimming pool. Our room didn’t have hot water and the maintenance man came to our room multiple times and stated that he fixed the issue and it was never resolved so we took cold showers the whole time there. The laundry area was in the parking garage which isn’t very safe.

What a shame, such beautiful views and prime location but thid hotel really needs to be shut down and given a complete makeover. It's not habitable smells like mold, no facilities, skeleton crew. Sad.

Nice property close to everything to do in the area. But it lacks common area facilities, the pool is under construction for over a year, and their common areas like gaming and reading rooms had their air conditioning turned off. Also, they have a bar at the lobby that I never saw open.

I’ve stayed here before and enjoyed it a lot, however this time around it was a completely different experience. Idk if they are under new management but there was no music or bar on weekends anymore and the rooms smelled I also couldn’t connect to the WiFi.
