This hotel is really nice, would definitely go back again. Only complaint is they need to invest in replacing the entry doors to the rooms..you need to slam them in order for them to close… so you hear slamming doors all the time.. especially when it awakens you in the morning when your trying to sleep. Black bathroom fixtures and mirrors also need to be replaced..all blemished. Other than that it was a great Mother/Daughter vacation****

Very Nice hotel, first time went to Puerto Rico. I can bet its best hotel and location is very convenient. Rooms are clean and hotel smells so good all the time. very safe enviorment for family. The cleanliness can be improved. The vents throughout the facility and rooms need to be cleaned. The mold was apparent in the vents. When I walked into my room the bathroom sink was full of makeup and toiletries (hand washing soap, lotion etc.) weren’t provided. Prior to checking in I called to request early check in and was advised to call the day of arrival. I called and was told I have to request that in person at check-in. I also requested late check out and was denied. I didn’t have an issue paying the late check out fee but was rudely told that they weren’t providing late check out because, “they were short”. Besides that, the staff were great. The food was delicious, and the hotel is beautiful.

The staff was great. But what they don't tell you is literally everything is an up charge. You will be charged 100 dollars a day everyday you stay upfront. Then they charge you 25 to 33 dollars a day if you have a car. Drinks are not allowed unless purchased from the hotel. A 1 dollar beer is 5 bucks at the restaurant a margarita is 24 dollars. Breakfast will cost you a hundred bucks for a cheap buffet just for 2. All in all won't be back

There was a stain on my sheets. I contacted the front desk and asked about changing them. The young lady told me I had to change them myself unless I want her to change them. I informed her to change them. Then she calls back stating she didn’t have a key to housekeeping area. My heater didn’t work. Neither did the elevator. The staff didn’t offer to fix any of the problems. The older lady who works over night was nice and walked me down the stairs. I was informed that I would receive a discount, still haven’t heard back from a manager. The receptionist Wyatt stated the manager wouldn’t be back until Monday. I also asked for the General Manager’s information she stated she didn’t have it. DO NOT STAY HERE.
