Step out on the balcony and enjoy your favorite drink while taking in the astonishing ocean view and warm breeze. Fall asleep listening to the ocean waves. This unit is equipped with all you need to make you feel at home. The bedroom has a queen size bed, A/C unit, and a 40" smart TV with cable and internet access. Living area has a ceiling fan, sofa bed with a 50" LCD smart TV and wireless sound system. Kitchen appliances include: refrigerator, stove/
oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. In-unit Washer & dryer. Beach items (chairs, cooler, cart, towels, etc.) are provided.

This private complex has direct access to the beach and 24/7 monitoring. It has many recreational amenities including: adult and kiddie pools, basketball courts, playground and gazebo. Private parking inside the premises is also included.
It is conveniently located near banks, restaurants, groceries stores, and points of interest like El Yunque National Forest, and Fajardo. Just 35 mins from the airport.
