Once Cristiano arrived, they make his day miserable asking him for a signed credit card authorization for something around 30 US$ denying his check in until I can send that info (I was driving back home because his arrival was after office hours) he has to wait more than. 2 hours to do the check in Unacceptable, they could be more respectful with us, we will never use this hotel again!!!!

Very nice place to stay across -across the street from the beach Hospitality is not where it should Be but i can See the room for improvement. If they cater more to they guest hands down can be a 5 star hotel They need to interact more instead of staring i shouldn’t have to speak Spanish to feel welcomed …. They need to promote the food more and be more attentive to guest. Restaurant in the hotel had the best waitress I’ve ever experienced she was amazing forgot her name but she will be going places and doing things.

The location was good, staff was helpful. I had one of the best sangria at the hotel bar and the waitress in the night was very friendly.The room needs to be cleaned properly, it smelled funny and the bathroom were dirty and leaking. Carpet was very creepy and dirty. The A/C vent at the entrance of the room was leaking. The hot water did not work properly at nigh time.

This is such a great hotel everyone is so friendly and helpful. Very clean. The location is even better walking distance to a bakery and other food options and a Walgreens to get any snacks or forgotten items.

My bathroom got flooded on the 2nd day. Maintains was very helpful and solve my problem quickly; However the very next day it got flooded again, even worst. Management did switch my room, to which my toilet wasn’t flushing. I didn’t think they did enough, they afforded me an extra night to make up for my horrible experience.however, o was leave very next day. Management was kind enough to offer restaurant vouchers. Others wise it’s was OK

Clean comfortable and good location although about $7-15 one direction for an Uber to Old San Juan. We probably wpuld have opted to stay in Old San Juan if I had to do over.

Upon arrival everything is great to the naked eye! After staying 3 nights I was covered in bed bugs. My girlfriend is allergic and the bites are blistering and oozing. I, on the other hand, am just covered in small red dots from the bites. Property is still working on how to accommodate for this highly unforgettable inconvenience! called and informed the room number.
