This is the only property in Puerto Rico to host the Puerto Rico Open, PGA tour event! The property has restaurants, pool, golf course and a beautiful beach.

***PLEASE NOTE our building has its own pool and beach for use but if you want to use the pool and beach at the main part of the resort you will need to purchase a day pass through Hyatt Experiences.

With the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve at Coco Beach on property close by, you can enjoy the beautiful Rainforest spa, The Sand Trap Top golf experience, and a range of dining options. **Guests must make a reservation to use any of these facilities.

When you are ready to play golf, the Hyatt Grand Reserve Golf Club is located just behind our villas. With practice facilities and a championship course, you get unlimited golf included for just the cart rental fee per person. Owner has full membership which can be used by renter.

Great get away!
We had an amazing time at this beautiful property. Very well located, plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to the golf course. The beach is a little trickier because there is construction across the street however the golf carts provided made it super easy to get around. Access to the beach is on the cart path. The owner was very communicative , we had a great time

Golf Trip
Another wonderful trip! Wonderful stay with friends for a week long golf trip. Course conditions were excellent. Leilani is an outstanding host providing beautiful accommodations. Location is excellent with access to several local golf courses. Dining opportunities within a short golf cart ride away always impress. New golf carts are top notch. Would highly recommend and will be booking again for next year.

Family Trip
This property is beautiful and spacious! We had 7 adults and a one year old and all of us had our space and bathroom privacy. It was not far to get kitchen supplies. Location was great to hike the rainforest, find surfing lessons and to go on a Biobay tour. Golf course looked lovely, although we ran out of time to enjoy this. Pool was convenient and we did go to the resort for pickleball and the larger pool. Would recommend this to couples or a family!

Great condo with beautiful views and excellent host
Our family of 7 including an infant and young child had a great experience in this condo. The balcony is wonderful, host is quick to respond to any questions, beds are comfy, kitchen is well- equipped and pool is great. Having the use of 2 golf carts was a huge help and enjoyed by all. The only downside was that beach was not as expected and extremely buggy.

The place to stay for Golf and vacationing in Puerto Rico
My golf group has returned for a 3rd time to this great place with more than just views. The carts are new and one can transport 6 people! There is construction going on and the route to the beach for shells is longer than prior to the work. The description is accurate and I have never had a better experience with the place and the owner.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. Our host was very responsive our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this place. Excellent location and quiet stay. Restaurants near the location were great. There was an issue with condensation and we had issues initially checking in, I'm was told these issues would be addressed for future clients.

Amazing property
Our family and friend gathering was so comfortable in this very large penthouse. Everyone was comfortable with the amount of space and all the amenities, just like being home. On the golf course was a plus as well as being able to dine at the resorts restaurant. Definitely rent a car If you intend on any kind of excursions. On property you’ll have access to your own golf carts. What a pleasure it was to communicate with the host, she is very kind and hospitable.

You couldn’t ask for more from a property!! Great views, great location and great host!!! This property is located in a beautiful resort, close to the rain forest, golfing and not to far from San Juan. The property is clean, well maintained, secure and fully equipped!! The sunsets are beautiful over looking the mountains. I can’t say enough about how helpful the owner was to our needs before, during and after our stay. We had 7 adults and 3 kids staying during our visit and I don’t think we ever felt cramped or need more space. The golf carts were a plus for sure!! The kids thought they were great!! I hope to return one day soon!! Thanks again Leilani!! Ps thanks for the book!!!

I stayed there for 3 nights. We have to go through 2 check point gates to get to this condo. The condo is very safe but it is far from restaurants. All were good except kitchen pots and pans are old.

Great Property
The property was really nice and clean. I loved the fact that it was a gated property which made us feel very secure. You are close to grocery and many restaurants. The use of the golf cars was definitely a plus. The apartment was very spacious with multiple balconies. Loved the view! Beds were very comfortable!. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing Spot
This condo is amazing. Clean, spacious and so comfortable. Several decks for relaxing. Everything you would need to make your beach stay great is provided. Beach Chairs, towels, toys etc. Host was amazing to work with and she provided so much info regarding great restaurants, things to do etc. I highly recommend this place. I rent a lot of places, and this one was of the nicest places we have stayed. Golf carts are awesome for getting to and from the hotel which we realized we had stayed at before when it was Grand Melia....lol!!!!

The best place for a Vacation at Grand Reserve
This is the 3rd time my golf group has stayed in this penthouse and it is the best vacation residence in Grand Reserve. The listing is accurate and communication with the owner/manager is always easy and pleasurable. There are carts in the garage to allow access to all the property and the Hyatt has to offer. As a golf group, the main selling point to us was the access to the Grand Reserve Golf course. We pay the cart fee and play at the home of the Puerto Rico Open. We plan to return in 2024 !!!

Wonderful vacation!
Our family of 7 totally enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as pictured and perhaps even better! It was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need and the living areas are very spacious with lovely views of the golf course and ocean. We used the study as an extra bedroom (there were two cots and bedding) so we were able to accommodate everyone in our group. The condo is about 1/2 mile from the Hyatt which is a lovely hotel with a nice pool, fitness center, beach and several restaurants. We ate there one night but did most of our dinners outside the resort. We found some great restaurants in Luquillo and some just on the main drag near our place. There are several large grocery stores nearby and we stocked up for breakfast and lunch at the condo. The El Yunque rainforest is a short drive and fun for hiking with great views of the island. We did the bioluminescent kayak tour in Fajardo which was also fun (30 minute drive). We also took a snorkel/beach trip from Fajardo. The plan was to go to Culebra but the seas were rough so we went to a nearby island with a beautiful beach. Several members of our group played golf and the 27 hole course on the resort and enjoyed this very much! Finally, I can’t say enough good things about Leilani the condo owner. She was so helpful and was always available by text or phone. The check in process was so easy (she sent us a very thorough description of what to do and then recommendations of places to eat, activities etc) and we had 2 golf carts at our disposal as well as bikes and gear for the beach (chairs, wagon, floaties). We had an issue with a passport and she was so helpful and then mailed it back after UPS failed to deliver it in time. I can’t say enough good things about her. We will definitely be back :)

Beautiful destination with resort access
We visited for 5 nights over Thanksgiving and had a fantastic vacation. Having two golf carts to travel back and forth to the Hyatt Grand Reserve was a highlight (especially for the kids). The 5th floor penthouse apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the large covered back deck and ate breakfast out there in the mornings (which we picked up at 18 Degrees juice bar in Palmer). The hosts were exceptionally responsive if we had any questions. We felt that staying at the VRBO was significantly more cost effective than reserving four rooms at the resort. The only slight mishap we experienced was there were several air fresheners plugged in when we arrived which my wife was sensitive too (but that was quickly remedied by taking them outside). Overall, this is a great place for a larger group who wants to have access to the Grand Hyatt and all it’s offerings. For a golfer, even better because your greens fees are included! We’ll be back!

Great Views and Condo
We had four couples. This was perfect for the group. Our view of the golf course and El Yunque was beautiful. We sat on the patio most of the time, except when it poured one night, and it was really comfortable. The location is convenient to Fajardo, El Yunque, Loquillo, and any shopping you would want. Kitchen was well supplied. We had everything we needed!

Golf and adventure getaway
This property far exceeded our expectations. The villa, grounds, golf course, and resort access were amazing! everyone was friendly and helpful. The villa was well stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen and for the beach. The golf carts were useful and a great amenity. A few of us golfed which was $85 for cart fees per person (since the owner is a member). We brought our own clubs and did not have to rent. It was very easy to set up tee times. The course was beautiful! The access to the Hyatt pool and beach were perfect. The pool is great. We spent many days using the resort amenities. We were able to enter the resort easily with the wristbands provided when we checked into the villa. There were 5 adults on this trip and we all had a great time! The owner was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend this property. We can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful Property with Fantastic Views
The views from this property are amazing. Ocean views from both balconies, and El Yunque National Rain Forest to the Southeast. And if you enjoy the look of a well manicured PGA golf course, it's right there in front of you. The spacious unit is well furnished and our host was very responsive to any needs or questions. Access to the facilities at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve was limited during our stay due to a political convention being hosted, so you may want to verify availability before booking your stay. That being said, our host felt badly about the conflict and graciously offered a generous compensation for the situation. Our overall experience at this property was very pleasant.
