Unique is the fact that there is no service for the money they charge. It is unbalanced. Lacks entertainment, joy, All there is, is overcharge for everything and I mean everything. Receptionist don't tell you about water or champagne when you check in. No authenticity in food nor customs. What a waste of natural beauty.

The beach is very nice and the property and gardens as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is good but too pricy. Negative points: this is the first resort that I stayed where there is a charge ($45/hour) to play tennis and to be honest the tennis courts were not that well maintained. I though this should be covered by the daily resort fee that is charged. Also, I do not understand why pay for parking if they have such a huge property with lots of space. The main reason for the 2 stars is because I am very disappointed with the customer service and lack of transparency. One day before our departure we asked the receptionist if there were any reports of bed bugs as my daughter had several bites, very itchy and with a pattern that suggested bed bugs, but of course we could not prove anything. The hotel sent two security personnel to the room to take my daughter's statement and pictures of the bites. They also mentioned the next day they would bring a specialized company to do an inspection, and we would receive a report in 24. It has been almost two weeks, and I have never received the report despite calling the hotel three times during this period.
