It's convenient to a strip mall and the freeway. The room was gross. There were stray hairs in the shower. The carpet was damp all around to the bed. There were stray long hairs in the bed. Never again.

Among the hotel options we explored in that area at the last minute, Best Western offered a decent deal for a weekend night. But once we went there we realized why. The elevators weren't conveniently located. The carpet in the room was so dirty that even though I had showered right after getting to the hotel and gone straight to bed, the morning after, simply walking around the room to repack our stuff had made my feet visibly dirty when I got into the the tub to shower again! The water pressure in our 3rd floor room was TERRIBLE that showering took quite some time and was a very unsatisfactory experience. The hotel is rather old and needs updating. The sheets and carpet were also old and dated. All in all, not the best of stay even though we were there quite briefly.

Inside the room was a little dated, but the overall look of the property was an old Spanish style feel, which made it really inviting to stay at. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and we absolutely loved how quiet and relaxing the area was. We will definitely be coming back!

Old building. Not enough elevator for handicaps and seniors. Very small swimming pool for so many guests! Very tiny breakfast are. Observed some expired bread with molds. Generally the workers are not hospitable. Front desk staff are not interested to provide informations. Needs some improvement.

Quick visit

We were attending a reunion. One night stay. Comfortable and quiet room. Easy access and close to Restaurants and shopping. The only thing that was lacking was a sports channel to watch our favorite baseball team. Would recommend it to anyone planning on a vacation in that area

Loved the cleanliness of the grounds and rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was great! Very close to shops and restaurants. The decor was very cute. Only thing id change is the carpet on the stairs. We will be back!!

Adorable Texas hacienda themed Best Western. This is so unlike their typically vanilla motel motif. The lobby is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was great, too. There is a heated pool and a warmer than average hot tub. There's also a dry sauna, though we didn't get to try that. The rooms are very spacious, and well appointed with mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and TV. It was a little musty when I first opened the door, but that went away shortly. The room rate was very competitive. It's a 5 to 10 minute drive to the beach, but we were so happy, I don't think that mattered. I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the location, the hotel was a little antiquated and breakfast was very limited, but my kids really enjoyed the pool and location is great, there were a lot of worms in our room, but we narrowed that down to it being so close to the beach
