Just about everything was great. Hit breakfast with eggs, meat and potatoes was hot and tasty. Our only complaint is that despite the sign saying rooms would be done every other day ours was not completely done. The maid had put fresh towels and emptied the trash but didn’t make the beds. When we asked her why she says she had a time limit of 4 minutes per room and that was not enough time to make the bed. She says to complain to front desk which we did and our beds were eventually made. Just thought it weird that she would say that manager imposed a time limit on doing the rooms. Other than that glitch all was well.

The hotel is very clean for one that allows pet! I have a little dog and have stayed at many hotel which allows pet, I would say this Hampton at SLO cleanliness is closest to the Ritz Carlton! I also appreciate the flat fee per pet for 1 to 4 nights stay. I would stay here from now on whenever I visit SLO.

Property was clean and safe, the bed was very comfy and the room was quiet, parking was easy and free. However, the room had a slightly musty smell (carpet needed to be cleaned) and the toilet made very unusual sounds when flushed and needed to be repaired.

What can I say, clean and good nights rest
Was great, family had a good night rest. We brought Penny, our mini dachshund and she slept like a log. Excellent areas for dogs to conduct business. Clean and nice.
